1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any part of the snp500 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as Privacy Policy of ours that form part of this agreement. If you do not agree to any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the snp500 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and snp500 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest applicable terms.

2 Account Creation & Security

To access the full snp500 experience, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. snp500 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You are required to notify snp500 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that it resulted from a security breach on snp500's part.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform. snp500 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that cannot verify age eligibility.

3 User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the snp500 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or system manipulation
• Sharing your account or allowing a third party to access it
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or illicit financing
• Abusing promotions in a manner contrary to the intent and conditions of the offer

Snp500 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4 Payment & Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the snp500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). snp500 supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking, digital wallets, and bank transfers available in Malaysia. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in the user account section.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is prohibited. snp500 is not liable for delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

All winnings and withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy, which can be reviewed in the account section. snp500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, in order to meet compliance and fraud prevention requirements.

5 Liability Limits & Account Policy

Snp500 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. snp500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from system outages or technical errors beyond snp500's control.

Account Suspension

Snp500 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes where there are signs of suspicious activity, discrepancies in personal information, or complaints requiring review. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to access the account or make any transactions until the investigation is concluded.

Account Closure

Snp500 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account if a breach of these terms, fraud, or illegal activity is established. In cases of closure due to user misconduct, snp500 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team.

6 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the snp500 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of snp500 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from snp500.

The snp500 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience. snp500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Snp500 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
